About shooting in the park

Okinawa World has some restrictions on photography so that all customers can enjoy the park comfortably. For details, please refer to the following shooting rules.

In the case of shooting as an "individual", there is no need to apply in advance, but if it is determined that it will cause inconvenience to other customers, the staff may ask you to stop shooting. Thank you very much for your understanding.

Shooting rules

●In all cases, general customers have priority. Acts that interfere with the customer's flow and disturb the customer during shooting are strictly prohibited.
●If you have any local guidance or instructions regarding shooting, please follow them and ask for your understanding and cooperation.
●The act of photographing other customers without permission is prohibited.
●Please be careful not to upload videos projected by other customers on the Internet without the consent of the person who was shot.
●You need to make a reservation in advance for visitors with photo weddings such as wedding dresses and tuxedo. Please note that shooting without prior reservation is prohibited.
●Photographing with lighting equipment or large-scale equipment is prohibited.
●It is forbidden to bring in drone equipment and shoot using drones.
●Any act that leads to the destruction of the natural environment and ecosystem in the park is strictly prohibited.
●Photographing of places that cannot be accessed by ordinary customers, such as backyards and employee-only areas, is prohibited.
●The sale of still images and videos taken to the media is prohibited.
●Please refrain from shooting for a long time in the same place, such as during congestion.
●Shooting for the creation and sale of goods is prohibited.
●Photography sessions (cosplay, etc.) are prohibited.
●Our garden is not responsible for any accidents at the time of shooting.
●If there are any legal problems such as ownership, portrait right, copyright, etc., please take responsibility with the photographer. Our garden does not take any responsibility.
●We do not accept any kind of live distribution or live distribution by individuals.
●The following shooting and SNS posting are prohibited.
1)Anything that violates or may be against public order and morals
2)Those that cause inconvenience, cause disadvantage or cause damage, or those that our garden determines that there is a risk of such damage.
3 Infringing intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademark rights, etc.), portrait rights, and privacy
4)Contrary to the terms and conditions of each video posting site and each social media
5)Other items deemed inappropriate by the Company, such as hindering management and operation
