"Chinsuko(Ishigaki Salt)" Receives Best Prefecture Product Award!

Chinsuko(Ishigaki Salt), which is manufactured at a manufacturing plant in Okinawa World in the food and beverage section of Okinawa Prefecture recommended 2020 degree excellent prefecture products, won the best prefecture products award!
Using domestic wheat and Ishigaki-jima Island for salt, we promoted commercialization based on the concept of "expressing the sea of Ishigaki-jima Island" in an unprecedented package.

In order to finish "chinsuko", which focuses on the exquisite balance of saltiness and mouthfeel, we repeated tasting questionnaires many times and adopted a "stand pack" (independent bag) that had not been adopted so far, and we aim to be something with a sense of security that can be seen through the product.
The confectionery factory in Shopping Center in Okinawa World has a glass front, so you can see the production scenery when visiting the park.
