About photography in the park

At Okinawa World, there are some restrictions on photography so that all guests can enjoy the park comfortably. For details, please refer to the following shooting rules.

In the case of shooting by "individual", there is no need to apply in advance, but if it is determined that it will cause inconvenience to other customers, the staff may request that the shooting be stopped at the discretion of the staff. Thank you very much for your understanding.

Shooting regulations

●In all cases, general customers will be given priority. It is strictly prohibited to interfere with the customer's flow during shooting or to disturb the customer.
●If you have any local guidance or instructions regarding shooting, please follow them and ask for your understanding and cooperation.
●It is forbidden to photograph other customers without permission.
●Please be careful not to upload videos that are reflected by other customers on the Internet without the consent of the person who was taken.
●Wedding dresses, tuxedo and other photo weddings require a reservation in advance. Please note that photography without prior reservation is prohibited.
●Photography with lighting equipment and large equipment is prohibited.
●Bringing drone equipment and shooting using drones is prohibited.
●Any act that leads to the destruction of the natural environment and ecosystem in the park is strictly prohibited.
●Photographing of places that cannot be accessed by ordinary customers, such as backyards and employee-only areas, is prohibited.
●The sale of still images and videos to the media is prohibited.
●Please refrain from photographing for a long time in the same place, such as during congestion.
●Shooting for goods creation and sale is prohibited.
●Photography sessions (cosplay, etc.) are prohibited.
●The park is not responsible for any accidents at the time of shooting.
●If there are any legal issues such as ownership, portrait rights, copyrights, etc., the photographer should take responsibility. The garden is not responsible for anything.
●Please refrain from any type of live and live distribution by individuals.
●The following photos and SNS postings are prohibited.
1)Anything that violates or may be afraid of public order and morals
2)Those that cause inconvenience, cause disadvantage or cause damage, or those that the park determines that there is a risk.
3.Infringing intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademark rights, etc.), portrait rights, and privacy
4)Anything contrary to the terms and conditions of use of each video posting site or each social media
5)Other items deemed inappropriate by the Company, such as hindering management and operation
Please note that in the above cases, we may ask you to stop shooting, delete posts or stop publishing at the discretion of our garden.
