If you live in the prefecture, there may be many people who say "I hit it!", But those who feel a little difficult are not reasonable, so please feel safe!
In fact, the fish attached to this product is a variety caught in Itoman City, all of which are called the Okinawa dialect (Uchinaguchi).
"Taman" is also designated as a city fish in Itoman City and is known as a familiar fish for citizens, but "Akamachi" is also one of the three major high-end fish in Okinawa. In this way, we have the name of a popular variety!

Akamachi (Akamachi) = Japanese name: Hamadai

■Akamachi (Akamachi)
TROPICAL RED SOUR IPA "ITOMAN / S Akamachi" is a tropical sour "IPA Style". IPA stands for "India Pale Ale" and is a method of making large quantities of "hops", one of the raw materials for beer.
In order to bring out originality, Akamachi uses dragon fruit, passion fruit, and acerola, which are secondary ingredients from Itoman City, luxuriously, and is finished in a tropical-style rose color that is fun to look!
This product is characterized by a tropical scent and sharpness in addition to the scent and bitterness of hops.
