If you live in the prefecture, there may be many people who say "Pinking!", But those who feel a little difficult are not impossible, so please be assured!
In fact, the fish attached to this product is a variety caught in Itoman City, all of which are called the Okinawa dialect (Uchinaguchi).
"Tamaman" is also designated as a city fish in Itoman City and is known as a familiar fish to citizens, but "Akamachi" is one of the three major high-class fish in Okinawa. In this way, you get the name of a popular breed!
Taman = Japanese name: Hue fuki

Akamachi = Japanese name: Hamadai

ITOMAN/S label, reminiscent of the face of a fish, has a pretty impact!

Salt & Lemon Sour Kolsh's "ITOMAN/S Taman" is made from Beer Mecca, "Kelshu Style" beer made in Cologne, Germany.
By using lemon and salt from Itoman as a side ingredient, it has a fruity aroma, has a rich and moderate sweetness, and is characterized by a refreshing drink.
Utilizing the characteristics of upper surface fermentation (ale), it is a beer that can be said to be suitable for surviving the hot Okinawa with a refreshing throat.

■Akamachi (Akamachi)

Tropical Red Sour IPA “ITOMAN/S Akamachi” is a tropical sour “IPA Style”. IPA stands for "India Pale Ale" and is a method of making a large amount of "hop", one of the raw materials for beer.
In order to give originality, Akamachi uses dragon fruit, passion fruit, and acerola, which are the side ingredients caught in Itoman City, and it is finished in a tropical rose color that is fun to look!
In addition to the aroma and bitterness of hops, it is characterized by tropical fragrance and sharpness.
By pouring it into a wine glass, it creates a slightly fashionable atmosphere.
