At the end of last year, a special event will be held by Nanto Brewery × Uehara Sake Brewery to commemorate the registration of "Traditional Sake Brewery" in UNESCO Intangible Cultural Property. For three days of Golden Week, Mr. Toji will show you the deep world of awamori!

Uehara Sake Brewery's Toji explains the charm of awamori in an easy-to-understand manner!
The more you learn about the history of awamori and sake brewing, the more delicious it will be.
