Q.1 Can even beginners participate?
It's okay. It's safe because it's with the guide of cave exploration.
Q.2 What do you bring on the day?
Swimwear (we recommend wearing it because there is a place at a depth of 1 meter), rush guards and T-shirts (we recommend nylon), change clothes (take a shower after exploring), socks that can be dirty (for preventing slips and adjusting the size when wearing water shoes), plastic bags (to put wet swimsuits, etc.).
Q.3 Can I bring my phone or camera during the exploration?
It is possible to bring it with a waterproof function or in a waterproof case, etc., but there is a risk of damage because it passes through deep water depth, rocky or narrow places.
(Especially if you drop it in a water field, you may not be able to collect it.)
