On display of specialty belts and sakeware

Hey Thai~.
Good news for those who want to enjoy the autumn of art! How about art appreciation in Okinawa World?

At present, at the traditional craft corner in front of Fruit Lab
On display are two traditional obis and two sake wares owned by Okinawa World.

The band of "Yomi Taniyama Kaori" produced in Yomitan Village.
The three-dimensional pattern of crest weaving and the gentle color of Fukuki dyeing are wonderful.
This is the work of Haruko Yamauchi.

Colorful "Bingata Dyeing" dyed band.
It is a work with a beautiful pattern arranged evenly.
This is the work of Aijun Nawatayama.

This sake bottle is said to be the oldest of Okinawa's upper ware (Japanese glaze pottery).
Wakuda ware is a pottery produced in the Wakuda kiln (now near the Okinawa Prefectural Office) until around the 16th and 18th centuries.

"Tonaki Bottle", a container for putting Awamori in Shinto ritual, etc.
Due to the complex shape, high technology is required for production.

All of them are valuable crafts that cannot be seen easily.
Please take a look slowly when you come.
