Finally appeared! New products "Irabu Char"

ITOMAN / S has been well received by many people both inside and outside the prefecture since it was released in May last year.

There was also a voice saying, "Is there any other development?", But on February 20, 2023, a new product finally appeared!

The name is ISLAND SPICE ALE "ITOMAN / S Irabucha"!

This time, I will deliver the details!

By the way, speaking of ITOMAN / S, I bring the varieties caught in Itoman to the name (click here for details), but this Irabu Char is of course the name of the fish.

Irabu Char is a Japanese name that uses "Budai" as an Okinawan dialect.

People outside the prefecture can't hear it, so I'm worried about what kind of fish, but if you look at this, everyone may say "Oh!"

There are several types of Irabucha, colorful fish such as blue and orange, such as budai, hibudai, and nanyobudai. In addition, Aobudai seen in the market may be mistaken for Napoleon fish. It is a colorful fish like tropical fish, and there is no chance to see it outside Okinawa Prefecture, so the appearance of lined up at a fish shop in Itoman seems to have a great impact on those who come for sightseeing.

What kind of taste will it taste?

What a strange thing is, but the taste is light and delicious! It is also treated as a high-class fish in the prefecture.

In fact, it is said that the skin has a umami flavor, so it is basically a cooking method that makes use of the skin. When cooked, the blueness of the skin is removed, the body is elastic and can be eaten more deliciously.

■ISLAND SPICE ALE ITOMAN/S Irabucha (Irabu Char)

Irabucha will be on sale. Uses some products from Itoman City as a secondary ingredient. Taking advantage of the characteristics of Shima Pepper Piparts, fruity with citrus fruits of Shikuwasa Orange Peel from Okinawa Prefecture. In addition, as an accent, it is a spice ale finished with a combination of coriander seeds!

"Coriander Seed" is harvested from the same plant as Pakchi. The commonly found pacchi leaves have a strong unique aroma, but the coriander seed has a refreshing and sweet citrus.

On the other hand, "Pipart (Hihatsumodoki)" is an island pepper specially produced in Okinawa. It is a spice that is also popular with Okinawan cuisine, with its spicy spicy spiciness and sweet citrus scent, and it feels mellow when compared to commonly known pepper.

All of them have excellent compatibility with citrus fruits!

It is in harmony with a lot of materials in a well-balanced manner as much as Akamachi. I feel the spice even though it has aroma and sweetness! It is the perfection of beer that is confident in such a drink.
