■About Uehara Sake Brewery
Uehara Sake Brewery was founded in 1947. It is the oldest brewery in Itoman City, south of Okinawa Island.
After dormant from 2015, we resumed awamori construction in 2021. Uehara Sake Brewery is produced by various blessings brought by Okinawa and the first electronic technique in the awamori industry.
