Do you know? (I don't know much about it, but I'll let you know.)
Every year, April 23rd is Craft Beer Day and Beer Day.
“The first thing in the world to define what beer is was the Beer Pure Ordinance, issued by Wilhelm IV of Bayern, Germany on April 23, 1516.

In 2001, Nanto Brewery rebranded Nihede Beer, a local beer developed in response to the voices of customers traveling from outside the prefecture, saying "Do you have local beer?" In 2016, it became OKINAWA SANGO Beer.
Introducing OKINAWA SANGO BER.
Tamajo, Nanjo City, where Nanto Brewery is located, has a river called Kakinohana Okegawa, which has been selected as one of the top 100 famous waters. We draw water from 100 meters underground of Gyokusendo Cave in Okinawa World, solutional cave, and make craft beer with that water.
Gyokusendo Cave is a solutional cave formed with the rise of coral reefs. After that, I named it OKINAWA SANGO BEER.

Water is an important ingredient that accounts for 90% of beer. Gyokusendo Cave’s groundwater, created by 300,000 years, is known as water rich in calcium and minerals. Gyokusendo Cave is hard water, but it is characterized by changing it to craft beer specifications and having a solid taste and drinking it.
No filtration is performed in order to keep the beer yeast being filled in a state where it is alive. For this reason, living yeast is used and it is a refrigerated product. It is attractive that you can enjoy the original taste of beer.

In addition to 100% malt and the umami of living yeast, it is a high-quality beer that uses luxurious hops. Because the craftsmen carefully craft one by one, it is produced in small quantities. When visiting Okinawa World (Nanto Brewery), enjoy craft beer.
