In order to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), each and every individual considers social issues as their own, takes the initiative in solving each issue from their respective standpoints, and cooperates with various actors. It is important to promote initiatives.
In Okinawa Prefecture, the Okinawa SDGs Platform has been established as a place for "information sharing" and "exchange and cooperation" for companies, organizations, local governments, individuals, etc. engaged in activities related to the SDGs.
We, Okinawa World (Gyokusendo Cave), opened on April 28, 1972.
Based on the corporate philosophy of utilizing it on the base of tourism while protecting real nature, culture, and local industries, since the era when the word SDGs was not yet available, we protect and nurture the nature and culture buried in the region by utilizing it in the tourism industry We have been working on a business that develops and returns to the community.
