It is said that the Ryukyu dynasty traditional famous confectionery "Winter melon pickle" was handed down from Fuzhou, China to Okinawa about 300 years ago. Tachibana mochi and winter melon pickles are also offered among 16 kinds of sweets such as sweets, dried fish, and fruits in the feast dish when the envoy Kurushima and the menu of crown boat dishes. It was only after the Meiji era that the general public became able to speak. Because it is a very time-consuming confectionery, it is currently manufactured and sold only at our shop.
